Brain Rules by Dr John Medina — A Video to Make Your Brain Work Better

Very good information that resonated with my experiences BIG TIME. Sucks that my walking probably doesn’t get to 80% level. Be interested to know if he expands on any kind of feedback happening e.g. exercise to brain back to more exercise like ‘ natural endorphin’ junkies, but with other ‘rules’.
